e-कला Contest's animation competition aims to raise awareness about voting during the Lok Sabha elections in India. Participants are invited to create a short animated film that motivates Indians to vote. Each participant can submit one film, and submissions must focus on the specified topic.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals of all age groups.

2. Participation Guidelines :

• Participants must create a short animated film on “Motivating Indians to vote” & submit within timeline. 
• Each participant can submit a maximum of 1 film.
• Submissions must adhere to the topic specified.

3. Video Submission Guidelines :

• Resolution:1080 x 1920.
• Duration: 15 to 45 seconds.
• File size: 5 to 10 MB.
• The video must be in the specific format: MP4.

4. Prizes:
• Amazon voucher (2K for winner & 1K for 2nd position), Virtual award, e-certificate & social media recognition  

 5. Intellectual Property: 
• By entering the contest, participants warrant that their video is their own original work and do not infringe upon any third-party rights. 
• Participants retain the copyright to their video. 
• However, by entering the contest, participants grant Diffr a non-exclusive, royalty-free rights/license to reproduce, distribute, and display their work for the purposes of promoting the contest and showcasing the winning entries. 

6. Judging Criteria: 
• Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, composition, and adherence to the theme.
• The judging panel's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. 

7. Disqualification: 
• Diffr reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior. 

8. Amendments: 
• Diffr reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the contest or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
